FAMILY VISA

Do you have family in Australia and would like to join them. Or do you have family overseas and would like to bring them to Australia to join you?

There is a variety of options for family members to join loved ones in Australia. We are experienced with:

spouse visa

- Partner Visas

- Remaining Relative Visas

- Parent and Contributory Parent Visas

- Carer Visas and Aged Dependent Relative visas

- Orphan and Dependent Child Visas

Amongst other requirements, applicants will need to have an eligible relative who also can act as a Sponsor. Your Sponsor will need to be either an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident. A Sponsor commits to support the visa applicant when settling in Australia. This includes not only the provision of housing but also financial as well as social and emotional support.
SKILLED VISA
Australia seeks skilled migrants
Do you want to live and work in Australia?

Do you have qualifications and work experience in one of the occupations listed on the skilled occupation list?

Do you have excellent English?

Are you under 50 years old?

Then the skilled progam might be interesting for you. To meet the requirements for a skilled visa you need a recognised qualification, work experience and good English language skills. There are a variety of temporary or permanent visas available.

To receive a comprehensive assessment of your situation please email us a detailed CV. Australia's skilled program changes frequently and over the past few years it has become ever more complex. We therefore don't believe in 'quick checks'. An in-depth assessment of your situation will take a little time and occur a small fee of 100 A$. In return you will receive, not an 'instant quote', but a comprehensive analysis of your situation with our honest opinion whether your plan to migrate can succeed.

EMPLOYER SPONSORED VISA

Many Australian companies seek skilled employees

Perhaps you are one of the lucky ones, who has found a employer in Australia who would like to sponsor you. Employer sponsored visas are an excellent option to migrate to Australia. Currently employer sponsored visas receive priority processing in the Department for Immigration and Citizenship, which means a significantly quicker processing times.

If you have found an employer who is interested in sponsoring you but is not sure about their obligations please feel free to get in touch anyway. We are happy to speak with your employer for you and inform them about the process.

Please note: At this stage we cannot assist you with finding an employer.

PROTECTION VISA
protection visa

If you are in Australia and find yourself in a situation where you cannot return to your home country because it is not safe, you could be eligible for a protection visa, given that you meet the convention definition of a refugee.

...owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality and is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country...

Holders of refugee or protection visas can apply for their immediate family members to join them in Australia if they lodge their application within five years of their own visa grant and if they have declared them in their own visa application.

If either of the above situations applies to you, feel free to get in touch via email or phone to arrange an appointment and discuss your options.
