I have been living
in beautiful South Australia since 2004 and am registered as a
Migration Agent since 2006. Working with Business Link International,
a well established migration agency, gave me the opportunity
to
enhance my work experience in various fields and develop my profile
accordingly.
My expertise includes Skilled Migration (sponsored as well as independent), Business Migration (e.g. 457, RSMS and Employer Nomination Scheme) but also Family subclasses like Parents and Partner.

| SERVICE
AND FEES As a sole trader I don't have excessive overhead costs. This enables me to offer very competetive rates and individually tailored service. You may have very specific questions and we agree on a fee on the basis of advice only. Or perhaps you would like to hire a Migration Agent who deals with the Department on your behalf. In this case I usually split my fees, a part of it is due when we enter a contract, the rest you pay (only) when your visa is granted. >> ONLY ADVICE PLEASE >> THE STANDARD PACKAGE >> AND WHAT IS THE NO-WORRIES-PACKAGE? |
>> ONLY ADVICE PLEASE...
This option could be attractive if you have specific questions. Perhaps you're at the very beginning of the process and simply want to learn about your options? Or perhaps your plans have advanced and you would like to discuss some potential issues of your application. Or you have completed you own application and would like someone to doublecheck everything before you hand it in?
If you're interested in advice only please get in touch via email. Specify what exactly you wish, so I can put together a quote with an estimated time frame. Please remember: the more specific you are the easier I can estimate how much time will be involved.
For more informations please either email me or complete my online questionnaire.
>> THE STANDARD PACKAGE
Starting from your personal situation and plans I offer comprehensive advice taking into consideration benefits and disadvantages of various options.
I assist with your skills assessment and talk you through which documents we need to lodge with your visa application and which we may hand in at a later stage. I'll provide all necessary forms pre-filled and assist with any questions arising.
Since I receive updates on new regulations and policies several times a day, I can keep you informed about any changes, which might affect your application. Sometimes it's only a minor change resulting in an invalid application like a wrong fee or using an old form. Using a Migration Agent helps to reduce the risk of wasting money or time by handing in an invalid application.
Finally I'll hand in your application on your behalf and act as your representative with your DIAC case officer. I'll keep you informed about queue movements and guide you through all further requests by DIAC until your visa is granted.
For more informations please either email me or complete my online questionnaire.
>>SO WHAT IS THE NO-WORRIES-PACKAGE??
The No-Worries-Package' contains all services of the standard package but is tailored individually for your plans and wishes. Like:
- Translation of all necessary documents. I'm working with a range of translators who offer competitive rates.
- All fees payable to DIAC as well as skill assessing authorities can be paid via an especially created 'client account'. You receive regular updates about your account. That way you avoid expensive international transfers.
- All
forms will be pre-filled and ready for you to check and sign. Please
note that some forms contain declarations, which you will need to
complete personally.
- Recommendations for hotels for the first weeks after your arrival.
- A personalised guide offering essential information for your new home country. You tell me your destination and I'll research details like: necessary dealings with authorities, schools, car dealers, car rental, trading hours, public holidays, bank account, deadlines you should consider, etc.
- Tax file number as
well as information on medicare and private health cover you
may want to take out.
- Or perhaps you need a holiday after the stress of moving? In that case you might be a case for the travel agency: 'Tropical Photo'?
